Digital Foto Club is not an authorized Kalorik dealer. The item shipped to me was defective out of the box and they would not allow it to be returned to them for a replacement. Kalorik has been unable to process the warranty replacement in the 30 days since the item was returned to them. Do not purchase Kalorik products from this store.
