I had used Suburban for over 10 years. I did not realize how overpriced they were for several years but this year was so egregious (4.33/gal vs. 2.03/gal) I decided to get rid of them. They took two months to get rid of tanks and sent me a statement for my credit for gas and then charged me the EXACT amount of my credit for removal fees on tanks. Total scam. Accounting says in contract there is a charge for removal but they just make it up…Horrible company and should fined heavily for abuse. read full review »
