The products sold for Infant care - are so very expensive, that hospitals in tier II cities are not able to afford. Even when we afford by some funding. The Company products like Phoenix - medical devices, only if the product is under AMC respond to the complaint. If we pay the high AMC charges and ask them to look at the products for complaints. The response is very poor and on top of it for even small problems they charge hefty amounts.
