I was just scammed by this company, how they work is they give you instant access to thier resources for grants for $1.95 and you think that's the only charge until you are surprised exactly 7 days later to find that they charged your credit card $58.61. You don't actually see these terms and conditions until you pay the $1.95 and they send an order confirmation to your email address.
