This Pizza Ranch location at Dubuque needs to be investigated ASAP. The owners Paul & Penny treat their employees so bad, it is a shame! They have gone through so many employees since they opened last year, mainly because they DO NOT care about firing people for NO given reason. It is suppose to be a "Christian based" business and the owner Penny has persuaded many past & present employees to go to her house where she practices her "witch craft" on them...this is so wrong!
