We had Altel cellphone service and everything was fine. Verizon bought Altel and everything is terrible. They started adding first $24.00 a month for "Voice" the next month $50.40 for "Voice". We are retired, very seldom use the phones, and never used voice, don't even know how to use it. We called customer service 3 times, e-mailed, and visited a store twice. They say we have to pay!
