On June 19, 2010, my husband and I met with a sales representative from National Floors Direct, Mike M.; he gave me an "all in price of $1700" to replace the carpet in our basement after the Great Flood of 2010 in New England. I picked a carpet, but Mike couldn't show me a sample of the pad. However, he assured me I'd receive a good quality 6lb. pad.
