Where to start ... I placed an order for a Panasonic Lumix FZ-20 on 2-17-05 (Thursday) around 4pm. Since it said that it can take up to 3 days to ship the item, I wasn't expecting it to ship until Tuesday at the latest ... and plus, for the price ($450 compared to $600 at other places) I was a little lenient.
