DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN OR HIS COMPANY. GMen Construction is a contractor that does home repair and remodel in and around Vallejo, CA and Solano, Contra Costa, Alameda and Napa counties. The contractor, Billy Oliver, is a crook who assaulted me in my home and stole $32, 000 insurance funds distributed for my home repair, disappearing without a word, avoiding phone calls and contact. On tracking him down, he charged me with harassment to get away with it and the judge the charge out of court.
