I am writing this on July 28, 2010. It all started 3 years ago when we moved to Durango and bought our townhome. Bought carpet at Home Depot. Waited the 3 weeks for it to get here only to find out they forgot to place the order. 3 weeks later it finally comes, installers do a HORRIBLE job (i.e. ripples across the living room and the carpet doesn't even meet the walls on the stairs.
