This company has very poor customer service Order Security paper in bundles of 250 (shrink wrapped). Recently opened two bundles and found the paper in the middle damaged. I called them and their response was that I was supposed to report it within (I think 15(?) or so, days of receipt). Now tell me when you order a whole box of paper would you sit and open all shrink wrapped bundles to see if all the paper is good?
