I ordered an electronic dictionary. One hour and a half later I realized that because of the way Amazon's order page is set up, the item was going to the wrong address. So, I try to cancel the order. I can't. I call Amazon. Guess what? The Amazon representative says that with this particular Amazon seller, there is only a 30 minute window to cancel. Nowhere is that information provided on the site. Also, even Amazon cannot contact these people directly, for example by phone or e-mail, fax. I am not kidding.
