AT&T's idea of a "rebate" is a gift card sent to my old address that has now expired. I was told I'd get a "cash rebate" and was sent a Visa gift card while I was traveling. When I opened the envelope, I discovered that the expiry date had already passed. I called them, and they wouldn't reissue it or let me talk to a supervisor.
