Very poor service. Does not answer phones and cannot prove that product shipped after six business days. Has excuses for everything but they sound fishy. Below is a copy of the dialog after 2 other attempts for confirmation. As you can see below, rather than resolve my issues about knowing the status and tracking numbers of the order they cancelled it. If he can call his rep to cancel the order, probably could have done the same to find out the tracking number. I have dealt with many online merchants but this takes the cake!
