Description of complaint: would you like to hear about how they are making money off supposedly helping people with "Home loan modification" programs? Trust me this is as concise as I can be; A year ago I asked to be late on 1 payment due to a change in my pay period. They signed me up for a loan modification through the "Keeping Home Affordable" program and told me I qualified in the first phone call and that it would lower my payments, I said OK and they said my packet would be there in 6 weeks.
