Customer service at DirectDial.com is terrible. They will not get back to you and really provide no helpful service. So if you run into any problems with your purchase, good luck!! You are pretty much left to fix things on your own. DirectDial.com has no return policy, they would not let me exchange an item I had not used yet! If something is broken and you want to return it, they will stick you with a $20 restocking fee on top of all the other hassle. Terrible!! Buy from someone more reputable! read full review »
