From the horrible rude sales guys to the credit damage I'm STILL contending with, Empire Today has been a nightmare; start to finish! The flooring is shoddy. The installation took two tries. Empire, later could not match the flooring... "we're all out of that color." They were paid IN FULL and ON TIME, but still collaborated with their finance company, G E Money Bank to extort an additional $680 from me.
