Above number is the Nodal Officer number for AP. I recently converted my post-paid airtel connection to pre-paid and was told to make a payment. Soon discovered that the payment I made is excess of what is actually required. When enquired about the same, they (AIRTEL) said they will send me the cheque for the difference amount.
