Thomas Underly entered contract with us in January 2007 as a General Contractor paid to remodel our home. Thomas failed to apply for a city permit, delaying the project three months. Thomas then argued with neighbors which led to further delays. He lied to the City of Chicago which had the City wanting to fine me as owner of the property. He fraudulantly stamped a set of architectural drawings using an architects stamp without his approval.
