I booked a plot in NRI centre City near Electronic City and give them an Advance Cheque of Rs 50, 000/- and asked them not to put the cheque coz i need to take advice from Real Estate Consultants. But City Square got Cheque in cashed very next morning. In the next afternoon when i decided not to go for the Plot found that money is already withdrawn from my Account.
