Ocwen took over our loan in November '09. From the first day they took over the loan they stated that we were behind on our mortgage which we weren't. We faxed all of information from our bank showing we were not behind but they never got it. In January '10 they put us in pre-foreclosure, we called only to spend 2 hours on hold then finally someone picked up speaking some foreign language once he realized we spoke English he began speaking somewhat understandable English.
