Purchased $15, 000.00 worth of furniture with the gold protection plan. The plan was not worth the paper it was printed on. I demanded a refund and EVENTUALLY received it. There were so many problems with the items I ordered, they had to come get everything and reorder EVERYTHING AGAIN. So even after receiving all new items, (two living rooms suits) it still contiuned to fall apart literally everywhere.
