I ordered an item from this company. When it arrived I tried it on to see if it fit, it did not. So I went to their website and printed a copy of their return form. (Hint #1 you have to search on their website for their return form. They don't include it in your shipment like every other company doing a reputable business out there). I filled out the form and sent the item in for exchange on another item. They sent it back to me stating they felt the item "had been worn".
