It seems I'm in the same boat as most of you. I had my car loan with HSBC Auto and then suddenly one day I'm getting calls from Santander. I fell behind on my car loan by 45 days due to being diagnosed with Leukemia and spending some time in the hospital. I have been dealing with Santander for about 4 months now.
