My home was in contract for sale. The buyers (husband and wife) have breached the contract of sale by refusing to close due to a basement issue that did not exist and was disproven by 3 independednt contractors. Recently I discovered that the buyer (husband) is a mortgage consultant for Chase in the same region that I was applying for a loan with Chase. Additionally my current home that he was purchasing is mortgaged through Chase.
