I bought a sofa along with several other things, totaling $2.162.65. The Sofa springs that are connected to the frame .Turn to dust, which caused the springs to pop off. I went to the store where I bought it and reported it. They sent someone out to take pictures of it and told me they would get back to me. A week later, I hadn't heard anything so, I called them.
