What's "free' here? I was charged shipping + $89.95 not only once--but twice-- for two small tubes of product. Granted it is a good product--but I wouldn't spend that much in a whole year for shampoo, let alone every month! The customer service person I talked to acted like I was the first one to call w/a complaint. Right! I'm very upset that thes crooks now have my credit card information.
