I bought a Kenmore washer from Sears. It started leaking so I called Sears for repair. They won't repair it because part of the serial number, which is located on a sticker inside the washing machine door, rubbed off. I have the receipt, the owner's manual, everything that came with the washer and they won't fix it. I will NEVER buy from Sears again. read full review »
