CastleRock Security Inc. automatically locked me into a new contract after my 3 year contract with them was complete. They didn't notify me that they would be renewing it. I didn't find out that this happened until I called to cancel the service. I signed up for 3 year agreement with APX Alarm Security Solutions. My contract was sold to SAI which was then sold to CastleRock Security Inc.
