I purchased a Apple 8GB iPod Touch 3rd Generation, From Datavis.com, Order #50919967, purchased through Buy.com Placed Saturday, December 14, 2009. I have now discovered that they sent me a 2nd generation iPod Touch instead. IMEI: Serial number: 8M942UC675J.
