My elderly uncle has a cell phone on my plan. He does not own the phone nor the plan, he is not authorised to incur these charges to my bill. He does not use any texting or other data on this phone. He does not have internet access with this phone, nor does he have internet access in his home or use it anywhere. Our latest phone bill reflected a $9.99 monthly charge from the above named company.
