Yesterday we had our cellphone stold-pickpocketed onbus, we tried several times over to contact metropcs to file our insurance and shut the phone service down so we would not be responsible for any illegal activity from the thiefs who took our phone, First, they hung up on us every time we called, second, they said our insurance had been discontinued(lie).and it has become such a burden on us we feel let down disrespected cheated and lied to.
