I went to walmart to cash my payroll check, as I have many times in the past, but was told that my check could not be cashed. I submitted all the required information. I was given a slip of paper with the name of Certesy check services and a phone number to call for an explanation. I used my cell phone to call from the parking lot. I was told that all my information was valid and the check was valid, but my check could not be cashed. The representative did not give me a satisfactory explanation.
