My daughter and son-in-law purchased a vehicle and were refused a copy of the Retail Installment Contract and Security Agreement when they purchased a car. My daughter and son-in-law are very young, recently married and expecting their first child. The salesman was helpful to then and quoted them the price they presented from the internet ad which is what brought them to the car lot.
