These people are absolutely thieves. Even when you comply with their Terms and Conditions, they still find a way to STEAL money from you. I ordered the product on 4/22/10, cancelled the order 7 days later (within the 10 day period stated in their terms & conditions), they TOOK my money anyway. After several conversations with customer service regarding this problem, I was told I HAD to return the product; again, in contradiction to their terms & conditions.
