I started employment at Big Bites on 07-22-2010. On my first day my boss Joseph Elgouhl (owner) provided me with an employee handbook. In that handbook it stated that he specifically did not believe in terminating any employee without proper explanation. For the two days that I worked there I did everything that was asked of me and then some.
