I rec'd. notice that mortgage pmt. would be increased $300/MONTH. After many, many attempts to have Everhome look into the account as to why the payment was going up for the third time, I asked the PA Attorney General's Office for help. Only after he contacted Everhome did they do an an analysis on the account. And surprise, surprise an error was found. Unfortunately for my family it was too late.
