Thumbplay charged me $9.99 for some ringtone downloads after we changed to a new phone plan. Neither my wife or I ever downloaded a thing in our lives--we just started texting two weeks ago. I called Sprint to have the charges removed. After 15 minutes arguing with the rep, they agreed to remove the charges and block future third party billing to our phones. What a scam! Thumbplay charges Sprint, Sprint charges us and they split the money. Then they play stupid as to who is supposed to order the refund for something we never ordered. I never signed up my cell phone as a line of credit to purchase things...they did it for me. Great service. read full review »
