this Nationwide was hire by AT&T to collect account and did not identify that this account was my account from AT&T and they are rude and threatened to submit this to collection agency don, t offer any way to pay them so in short they call and call but i complain to AT&T about this and was willing to settlled my account paying it monthly but AT&T write it off and let this nationwide company handle the acoount which destroying AT&T because of the unprofessional way to talk with customer. read full review »
