This happened a few months back. I tried to return a pair of girl's pants. Pilar from customer service asked me if I altered the pants which I just bought the day before. I said no. It's a freaking $10 pant on a $300+ receipt. I'm returning it because I changed my mind. When I told her no I did not alter it in any way, she responded, "Well, it looks like it had been altered." When I talked to the manager about this Pilar, she said that it is their policy to inspect every return. Is it my fault that their supplier gives them a half-assed product? Whatever happened to customer is always right? Guess doesn't apply anymore. read full review »
