This is the second instance of its kind. The Airtel Company itself should be closed down. They come up with various misleading promotional offers. Earlier I had recharged my cell with a big top up and later they sent in a promotional sms to make it life time. When I did fill in the extra amounts for lifetime they directly deducted over 100 Rs. from my account without intimating me.
