We got LG LCD 32" in our sons marriage. It was installed and given demo during March, 2008 end. After we complained about non-opening of screwnut which is required to open for removng the base of stand, service engr visited two-three times. But in between the TV brakcet came down half from the wall. It was tried again through LG service engr with new holes etc. Even then he is not able to refix the clamp for placing LCD TV on the wall which is good for view in the room.
