I tried the explorer package and it was a huge mistake. The customer service, after a lengthy hold to get to them, is okay at best. Most have to place you on hold for long periods of time to ask question. I was told as long as I booked my flight before my points expire then it would be ok. Not so much. I now have 2 weeks to plan a trip somewhere to not waste the money. They also won't let you fly the airline you want. The only airlines they allow charge for luggage and the points can't be used for that. read full review »
