Got new windshield installed from Safelite Auto Glass. The Technician sheared off the windshield wiper post after installation. It was a Brand New Volkswagen. Now, I have to burn at least another hour of my time for a second appointment. it was Very unprofessional that no one at Safelite bother to call to tell me either.
