Had a scheduled appointment at noon for a roof inspection. Got a call one hour later informing me that they would be there in 40 minutes. 2 hours later, and the salesman Marco Costa still had not arrived. I then called the main office of Georgia Roofmasters and cancelled the appointment. 2 hours later at almost 5 P.M., I heard the salesman on my roof. I then proceeded to call Georgia Roofmasters and informed them that their salesman was on my roof without my permission, and they said call the police. Obviously this company is not in touch with their sales representatives. Avoid this company and their sales reps. read full review »
