We have had a loan in the amount of 350, 000.00 that was process in 2005. Our broker negociated the loan for us, and it had a starting rate of 6%. What was not revealed to us was that it had a cap of 13%. The loan is currently at 9.0125. We have paid 32, 000.00 in interest for 2008. We were deceived by our broker, but Litton loan approved the loan and has drained us of all that money paid to them.
