I was also scammed! When I called the 1-800 number I got off of this site, the guy was very rude and said I applied for this online shopping credit of up to 10, 000 dollars, 2500 credit each month, I refused to accept the 99.95 dollar charge and told them I wanted this removed and refunded he then told me that they sent me an email twice and that I had seven days up until the date they charged my card but now I can't get it back!
