Ordered the product(supposedly for "free trial) only to pay shipping of $1.19, instead was told to submit a "mail in rebate" after I received my receipt of payment (101.19). Never got a reciept nor the product. After many hours of searching, I finally got to site that said the product was "out of stock". That was after a week, then after much insistance on my part, I talked to a representative and cancelled, but was told that the product had already been shipped.
