I purchased a grille for my Ford. Upon trying to install it on July 13, it was discovered that the bolts do not fit the Ford frame. I called Steelcraft and spoke with Mike. He told me he would speak with his engineers and call me back the same day. That was a Tuesday. There was no return call. No call on Wednesday. On Thursday, I received an email asking when and where I purchases the grille. I responded immediately.
