Bank of America reset my account to accept all transactions pending the law changes next week. I did 7 transactions all small when I thought my card should have declined if it was empty it APPROVED all of them, now they charged me 7 NSF fees of $35.00 each, I talked to management they said ALL ACCOUNTS were reset as the law would be changing AUGUST 1st and people had to opt in to not have the fees anymore.
